OLEV brings Olive and Levant together—a shared culinary language, renewed. Artisanal breads, mezze, charcoal-grilled meat and seafood are made for a table that takes its time. Led by Chef Shwan Baban, the kitchen draws on the Eastern Mediterranean without losing the flavors you know.
